Eternally Transformed

Be equally yoked = matched

Seek the Truth with all your heart.

Amos 3:3  ‘Do two walk together unless they have agreed to do so?’

2 Corinthians  6:14-18  ‘Do not be yoked together with un-believers.  For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common?

Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?

What harmony is there between Christ and Belial?

What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?

What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living GOD.  As GOD has said:  “I will live with them, and I will be their GOD, and they will be My people.  Therefore come out from them and be separate,” says the Lord.  “Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.  I will be a Father to you, and you will be My sons and daughters,” says the Lord Almighty.’

It is far better to be married to someone who has similar spiritual beliefs and religious involvement.  This also applies to any type of relationship, where possible.

Find out or get to know the person’s nature, because their nature will always eventually rise to the surface, either occasionally, or to even dominate their relational behaviour.

The person may be very attractive in most ways, or every way, but their underlying nature could become a source of severe annoyance; and that annoyance can become like a bit of grit in your eye.  The rest of your body can be in excellent health, but the grit in your eye completely dominates, and spoils everything.

An unequally matched business partner can also create problems; however they should be mainly chosen for their honesty and abilities.
